A: We provide 365 days deliveries even on Sundays and Public Holidays! Our retail business operates from 6am to 5pm for our regular customers, however you might be expecting some delays of hunting line response if you call us beyond office hours, on weekends or on Public Holidays.

2. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THAT IS PROVIDED BY YOUR COMPANY?

A: We provide daily tube ice delivery service.

A: We have different packaging size to meet different customer's requirement, e.g. 15kg, 10kg and 2.5kg convenient pack product.

A: We sell our product based on standard market price but a small delivery fee may apply according to service area, please contact our service team to inquire on your delivery area.

5. DO YOU DELIVER ICE TO HOUSING AREA?

A: Yes, we do provide ice delivery service to housing area, but with minimum order. Please contact our service team for a special arrangement.

6. DO YOU SELL DRY ICE?

A: No, we do not sell dry ice.

7. DO YOU SELL ICE BLOCKS?

A: Yes, we sell ice blocks with advanced order.

10. DO YOU MAKE ICE SCULPTURE OR SELL ICE BLOCKS FOR ICE SCULPTURE?

A: No, currently we do not make ice sculpture or sell ice blocks for ice sculpture.

11. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY TRUCK RENTAL SERVICE?

A: No, we do not provide delivery truck rental service.

12. CAN I RENT ICE CONTAINER/FREEZER?

A: We provide ice container/freezer for regular customers without rental charges.

A: Yes, we do provide the delivery service with minimum volume requirement.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE/TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR NON-HALAL PRODUCTS?

A: No, our services are limited to halal products only.

5. DO YOU PROVIDE AIR FREIGHT SERVICE TO TRANSPORT FROZEN FOOD FROM WEST MALAYSIA TO EAST MALAYSIA?

A: No, currently we do not have air freight service from west Malaysia to east Malaysia.

6. DO YOU PROVIDE LOGISTIC SERVICE TO SEND MY VEHICLE VIA LAND?

A: No, currently we do not provide logistics service for vehicle transportation.

7. I NEED FROZEN LOGISTICS SERVICE FOR MY FROZEN FOOD. MAY I KNOW KNOW HOW DO THE CHARGES HAVE BEEN CALCULATED?

A: The charges is been calculated based on weight count or metric count (depends on the product type). Please contact our service team to get a detailed quote on the delivery service.
